At Fanka US, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to helping you find the right support for your active lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
